 Meeting Scheduling System

 

Project description:

My Role: Team Leader and Lead as a Developer, Designer and Database Design.
Final Year Project was built using ASP.NET with C#(C-Sharp), BOOTSTRAP(HTML-5, CSS-3), JavaScript, SQL SERVER Database, JSON Framework(JavaScript and Jquery), SQL SERVER and Web JQUERY CALENDAR APIs.
The system work is to organize the Annual or Emergency meetings by inviting employees or participants and resolve conflicts. Improved communication to meeting participants regarding aspects of the meeting (agendas, equipment, etc.) and changes to the planned meeting, Optimized selection of location (meeting room) given the list of meeting participants. Optimized implementation in terms of computational and network resources, human involvement and interaction, and rapid response times. 
System also sends reminders to the participants about the meeting and any schedule changes.In which it reorganizes and modifies the meeting schedule if required. It Select a date and time according to the availability of the participants and allocate the location that is convenient to all the participants. Automate the meeting schedule process to enable efficient use of the time and efforts of meeting organizer
The overall structure is based on Meeting Scheduling System same as timebridge.com but with more advance features reflecting the concept of resolving conflicts and optimized selection of location (meeting room) given the list of meeting participants and changes to the planned meeting.
